Ahh, the best kind of trip is the one where you go out explicitly looking for photos. It also helps to have a friend whom you have so much to share and catch up with, as well as a person who is lots of fun, and I had never met before this day.

I managed to hold off snowboarding the whole winter this year, mostly out of necessity, but with the off-season rolling around to a close, as well as the prospect of possibly new opportunities, I splurged on something that is very near to my heart. New Snare for my drumming pleasure! and I gotta say, i love how this thing looks. Sounds so much better than my old kit one.

A charity event that I got to help cover for the 2nd time. This time it was to raise funds for Sketch Charity, who works with street youth. A return by some of the performers at the last Solar Crash.

A last minute favour for a friend of mine got me behind the drumset once again, and seeing as how I had the 85 1.4 with me for that weekend I figured I'd give it a shot. It was a great night for this young church and I'm sure the fruits of all the efforts will be seen soon enough.

Well..... after much searching, hair pulling and deliberation, I finally made a jump... into the mac world... BUT... dont' get me wrong.. i still love my windows xp laptop.. And hopefully from these pix, you'll see why.. lol. to be honest I feel like it still looks better than any mac machine out there, but anyways.... I'm happy with both.

I got to shoot this with my good friend Leo Chan We headed down to this fun place down in Scarborough, to see what we could come up with for Joyce & Syd.
The only thing missing was more time... otherwise it was a super fun engagement shoot, that went by too quickly. These two are so easy to catch, and Joyce really lives up to her name.. with so much.. "joy" hahahaha.. i didnt' think ppl could laugh on demand so easily :)

So my cousin came down to Toronto and swiftly picked up a new guitar... well.. considering the size it's half a guitar, but man is it fun hahaha.. It's so small, but at the price, you can't go wrong. Take a look. It cost as much as some people spend on a few pairs of jeans!
